'Milk From Plants!' Taste Testing Activity

This fun activity is designed to encourage students to explore the vast variety of vegan milks available while practicing key skills like tallying, graphing, predicting, and recording their thoughts. Students can then work together to create a class graph of their favorite type of plant milk and analyze their findings.

More and more people are opting for plant milks over cow's milk thanks to the positive impact on their health, the environment, and animals−and the trend is steadily gaining momentum.

Cow’s milk is one of the primary causes of food allergies among children, and comparatively, plant milks offer a wealth of nutrients and often a higher protein content.
