Memory Book- A journal and craft for the end of the school year. This memory journal has many options for students to write about their school year. Creating the backpack with the bag tags (key chains) will also be a hit with your students.

I hope your year was filled with positive memories. Enclosed are 22 different pages where your students can reflect and write about this past year. Use the pages you need, staple on top. Use the backpack that best works for you and your students. Copy the backpack and parts on colored cardstock. There is a front page, a pocket that you add to the front that has the date. Then there is a back and a back pocket that you can add to it.

This is easy enough for students to cut out and put together. Bag tags (key chains) are also added and include, school, pencil, donut, sneaker, bus, popsicle, rocket, hotdog and rainbow. The bag tags can be attached to the backpack with a rubber band. Simply tie with a skinny rubber band through each hole.
