Description
Students use Common Core skills (such as use charts, graphs, photographs, videos, and maps), creativity, and higher level thinking skills to create a Newscast on Martin Luther and/or the Reformation (or any topic by using a Word document, please see below).
This activity encourages the students to apply knowledge that they have already gained by creating a newscast on a famous historical event/person.
The product comes as a PDF and includes an assignment sheet with specific requirements (including how long the newscast should be, what should be included, key vocabulary words that must be used), a peer rubric, a group rubric, and a Notes to the Teacher page.
