What are Private Eye CSI Literacy Mysteries?
The style of these mysteries is different and more challenging from my Reading 'Once Upon a Crime' and Math Mystery ranges. In these 'Private Eye CSI' Literacy Mysteries, students will be building suspect files and looking for clues in the text. Students will also need to provide enough evidence to convict a suspect as being the culprit.

Skills involved
Reading, making inferences, main idea, comprehension, deductive, and critical thinking are required in these activities. Plus, some bonus vocabulary crack-the-code clue pages are included sometimes.
