Description

Interactive notebooks are a great engagement tool for middle school students! Latin grammar can be tedious, so I am always looking for new ways to engage my students! In particular, I was looking for a way to review in the Fall for students who had already been exposed to these topics but would require review after Summer. I developed an interactive notebook that includes:

✏ Cover page (3 versions) & Table of Contents

✏ 13 Activities about Mythology & Roman History

✏ 35 Activities about Latin Grammar

Every page is followed by instructions and examples for you to post for your students so this is little-to-no prep for teachers!

You can use this notebook in different ways:

❶ Supplementing review at the beginning of the year to account for “Summer slide”

❷ Sub plans (since instructions are included for you to show the students!)

❸ Interactive review for assessments (especially verb and noun endings, which have flaps so that students can easily quiz themselves)

❹ Delivering content to your students without lecturing!

Recommendations

• Advise students to use small dots of liquid glue

• Establish your expectations of time spent coloring. The connection between the activity and their Latin knowledge is what is most important.

• There are more pages in this product than fill a 70 page spiral notebook. Because this is a comprehensive resource, choose the pages that will benefit your students most!

• I have included a blank table of contents because you will know best what order and what pages you want your students to prioritize!
