In music class we... Music Advocacy Bulletin Board based on National Standards

This print and post bulletin board pack contains 20 posters that highlight all the things we do in the music classroom. There are a variety of "I CAN" musical statements that are easy for kids to read and parents/administrators to understand. These posters are awesome for a beginning of the year bulletin board but could be kept up all year long. The set features musical I Can Statements that are based on our musical national standards, but if there's another activity that you'd like me to add to the set, send me an email and I'd be happy to add it to the list!

Love the idea but not sure how to make it work? Print them out to feature on the wall outside the music room. Loop them in a PowerPoint to show off before a grade-level performance. Print them out and post one or two of your favorites every month in the hallway. You could even print these out and feature one a week. Included are a number of options for printable Bulletin Board Banners and title pages. Browse through the preview images to see more details!

This product includes:

*20 different posters that explain the many things we do in the music room. A few examples: sing, play, compose, move, read, perform, improvise, dance, listen, evaluate, etc.

*Print and Post Letters that spell out "In music we..." or "In music class we..." to use as a bulletin board header.

*A print and post page for teachers/parents to accompany the bulletin board and give a little context. The extra poster explains how we do more than just sing and dance in music class.

*Posters come in a variety of colors and there are also two Black & White, ink-friendly versions.

** These posters could be used for daily use as an objective focus. Could be substituted for general "I Can" statements or focusing statements.**
