I have done all of these with my students in both Middle and High School and have had great success. I love that they can work for any class and any grade level.

This can be done as homework or as a class project. There is a wide range of point level to show the difficult level. For example the projects worth 100 points, take more time and effort than the ones worth 40 or 50 points.
