Helping Our Earth Emergent Reader- Kindergarten- Earth Day

This emergent reader little book will help young students practice early reading skills, while celebrating Earth Day!!

Throughout the book, students learn about ways to help the earth. Included are plant a tree, plant flowers, reduce, reuse, and recycle. There are two pages for each of these key words: reduce, reuse, recycle. The first page introduces the word, while the second page helps students better understand the meaning of these important vocabulary words. On each page throughout the book, the line "This will help the earth" is repeated.

Sight words included in this book are we, can, help, the, will, you, this, when, make, and new.

This book includes the same text on both the top and bottom of each sheet of paper to make copying, sorting, stapling, and cutting easy to create a class set of little books!!
