- Google Slides™
Description
Did you ever think it was possible to teach yourself and your students to be happier? These 5 science-based podcast episodes prove with engaging examples that humans are: resilient, can increase happiness, and that our happiness also matters to financial success. Our students' happiness needs our help! We are not the experts, but the people who make this podcast are.
The podcast alone is worth a listen. These 5 mature and important episodes are paired in this booklet with 5 vital work or study skills that your students require to be successful in high school and beyond.
This unit makes a great start to any credit, as the work and study skills are universal. I have used this Unit in a Work Skills Credit (GLE/GLS) and in English class. Because it is science-based, I could see it working in the context of psychology, philosophy, physical education, or science class as well.
