Description
These adorable stick puppets were created to be a companion to the story "Room on the Broom" by Julia Donaldson.
Story Retelling Puppets:
Your students will love retelling this story with the story retelling puppets.
Each student will color and cut out their puppets (a craft stick can be added to characters). They will glue the broom to a brown paper bag ... the characters can be stored in the bag when they are finished retelling.
Magnetic Board Pieces:
I have also included a set of characters in color for the teacher to copy and laminate for use on a magnet or felt board for whole group retelling.
As you read the story add the characters to the magnetic board...your kids will eat this up!!!! Afterwards the kids can retell the story during Learning Centers.
ClassBook: "Room on the Broom"
Also included is a class book with book cover and student writing page. Laminate the cover and bind the students pages and place in your classroom library.
The kids will love reading the class made book over and over again.
