Description

As a secondary remedial reading teacher, I have struggled to find books that meet students at their reading level while keeping them engaged in the story.

I found this library of 85 hi/lo novels and immediately decided to write a grant to obtain these books: http://us.orcabook.com/productdetails.cfm?PC=8294&CategoryTile=School Resources-School Collections

Here are a few details about the set:
Orca Sounding Collection with Resource Guide
Teen Fiction for Reluctant Readers
Includes 85 different paperbacks in 2 display trays and resource guide

• 112-144 pages each
• Interest level ages 12+
• Reading levels from grade 2.0 to grade 4.5
• Contemporary stories teens will want to read

$890.75 + $44.54 (shipping) = $935.29

This grant proposal would work well with ANY requests for a hi/low library from ALL publishers.

**Please note: this items does NOT include the library, only a GRANT PROPOSAL for you to submit to receive funding for your own set. I've done all the work for you; just edit to suite your needs and submit! :)
