About the Resource
Throughout the resource, students will understand that as we move throughout the lifespan, our bodies will grow and change. There are some stages where we grow and change more than others, for example, in childhood, and sometimes the changes relate to the features of our bodies (e.g., wrinkles, hair turning grey). This leads to a discussion about how we can identify and appreciate aspects of our bodies' work and describe what we can do to ensure that we continue to appreciate our bodies. The final portion of the resource focuses on oral health and how oral health can be a way to show our bodies support, care and love.

Q: Are there tests included?
There are no tests or quizzes included. It has always been my goal to create resources that extend beyond repetitive activities and quizzes. Instead, students are asked to show their understanding through meaningful written responses and discussions.
As always, this resource is ever-evolving. It will be revisited regularly and additional activities will be added.
