Want to track how much money you're earning with Gogokid? What about keeping track of your credit score, subsidy pay, and enrollment bonuses? This payment tracker is perfect for checking that your paycheck is correct, and it's also great for tax time!
Simply input your base pay and current credit score at the top, then use the easy drop down menus to choose your class finish types. You can even keep track of your 5-star reviews each day.
Your current credit score and monthly earnings will always display at the top. Plus, your credit score automatically carries over into the next month!
Note: This file is an Excel spreadsheet that can also be uploaded to Google Sheets. It is not compatible with the Apple program Numbers.
JULY UPDATE: The new pay scheme for Secondary Positions has been updated.
MAY UPDATE: The new financial penalties have been accounted for, and there is now a place to add credit points for workshops and subtract penalty points that aren't related to finish types (yawning, etc.).
FEBRUARY UPDATE: Error with credit score rollover has been corrected. Please redownload and copy finish types over or email me at teacherabigailza@gmail.com for a manual fix.
DECEMBER UPDATE 2: There are now 25 class slots per day.
DECEMBER UPDATE: There is now a class summary tab at the beginning of the file and trackers for secondary positions (substitutes, workshop presenters, and trainers). The updated FAQ now address how to handle switching contracts and starting a new year.
OCTOBER UPDATE: There are now versions of the spreadsheet: one for the original contract type and one for the new teacher agreements signed after September 25, 2018.
