What educators are saying

These were used as little cheat sheets for our review lessons on our topic of Energy. Very helpful and convenient.
Love these mini-charts! Great for review, adding to notebooks, independent/partner study cards. My kids enjoy them, too, because "they're cute" by being mini. haha

Description

Forms of Energy Mini-Charts includes forms of energy, mechanical energy, sound energy, electrical energy, circuits, light energy, reflection and refraction, thermal energy, chemical energy, and energy changes.

Ideas for Use:

» Absent Students: Keep a page of each set of cards on hand for absent students. While the card cannot replace instruction, students can still get the “big idea” from the lesson they missed in a short period of time. After gluing the card in their notebook and reviewing the information, the absent student completes Output.

» Interactive Notebook Notes: Use these cards with your whole class or just select students. The cards can be used as reference for students. Either glue them in notebooks or keep them in an envelope in notebooks for each unit.

Try using the cards with students who are new to your campus during the year or students who need to review material from previous years.

» Reference Review Cards: Do you have students who need to review previously learned content? Print a set or two to keep in the classroom. Punch holes in the corner and put on a binder ring, place in plastic sleeves, or keep them in a recipe envelope.

» Accommodations: Do you have students with 504 plans or IEPs who need to be provided with copies of classroom notes? These cards can help. Print one off for each student who would benefit from having ready-made notes to reinforce your lesson or activity.
