What educators are saying

I own a tutoring business, and needed a math assessment for a first grader. This was exactly what I was looking for! Thank you for creating this resource!
This was a great resource for me to assess student skills and develop a more comprehensive IEP section for math. Thanks!

Description

This assessment file includes 2 questions for each of the First Grade Common Core Math Standards. Also included are teacher recording sheets for assessing counting to 120 verbally, identifying numbers 1-120, and timed tests for standard 1.OA.6.

I have broke down the assessments by domain into easy to administer sections. You can give all the tests at once or break them down into sections. It's up to you!

Also included are recording sheets for tracking what the student scored on each standard. These forms are great evidence for report cards, parent meetings, and EOY performance evaluations. Please check out the free preview!

Order three objects by length; compare the lengths of two objects indirectly by using a third object.
Express the length of an object as a whole number of length units, by laying multiple copies of a shorter object (the length unit) end to end; understand that the length measurement of an object is the number of same-size length units that span it with no gaps or overlaps.
Tell and write time in hours and half-hours using analog and digital clocks.
Organize, represent, and interpret data with up to three categories; ask and answer questions about the total number of data points, how many in each category, and how many more or less are in one category than in another.
Count to 120, starting at any number less than 120. In this range, read and write numerals and represent a number of objects with a written numeral.
