What educators are saying

Excellent powerpoint presentation--colorful and full of good information (I showed it in presentation mode to help a bit :-). The notes worksheets were also appreciated. Students well engaged. Thank you.
My homeschooled student got into the writing and was able to grasp the concepts being shown. Her favorite was the poem. Students will like the details and see that life in the Middle Ages was not easy!! thanks, TPT for supplying this type of material.

    Description

This Feudalism resource bundle includes several engaging activities for you to use for a complete lesson plan on Feudalism and the Manor System in Europe.

    The bundle includes:

    • Feudalism and the Manor System PowerPoint - this engaging presentation covers everything students need to know and also includes a Google Slides version, guided notes pages, and a flipped classroom video
    • A 1-page reading on Feudalism that explains key vocabulary terms (serf, fief, vassal, etc) and helps students understand the reasons why the system was in place and what each person's role was in it.
    • A Serfs and Feudalism Primary Source Analysis poem that students read and analyze before creating their own poem about feudal life.

In addition, there are 2 interactive notebook pages included from my Middle Ages Interactive Notebook on Feudalism and the Manor System for students to complete. Both include pictures of completed sample pages and answer keys. There's also a digital Google activity on the Manor System as well!

A lesson plan is included in the "Bonus Download" that details how to use all of these awesome resources and also includes links to Google Docs, videos, and additional online sources.

All of these resources can also be downloaded as part of my Middle Ages & Medieval Europe Unit Bundle.
