✅Escapes include:

There are currently seventeen Escape Rooms in this bundle. Each one has similar features. This includes:

• 2-3 pages of tips and ideas for setting up the locked boxes
• Three sections – one for each locked box and task
• Detailed teacher’s guides for preparing each task
• Display posters
• Alternatives for printing with limited color and/or black/white options
• Box labels in two sizes
• Answer keys where appropriate
• Paper lock alternative
• Hint cards for each task
• Certificates of completion- 3 or 4 versions

✅What will you need?

• You will need three number locks for the Escape Rooms.
• Directions are included to use an Escape Room without real locks!
• You will also need three boxes. This can be a plastic or metal toolbox, but any box will work- even a cardboard box!
• Directions and photos are included to set up the boxes and locks or how to use a version without locks.
• You do not need 3 boxes and 3 locks per group! It’s three boxes and three locks for the entire class.

• 17 STEM Challenges pair with the Escapes.
• Example: The Sharks Escape Room pairs with the Shark Traps STEM Project.
• Each Escape resource has an overview and hints page, 3-8 pages of teacher directions criteria page for student use, a lab sheet with answer samples, photos, informational pages, scoring rubrics, and more!
• The student forms are editable.

The 16 sets feature upper 3rd to fifth-grade skills. The topics of the reading sets match the Escape Rooms and Challenges.

The set also makes use of nonfiction text features. You will find bold print words, bulleted lists, captions, close-ups, cross-sections, diagrams, fact boxes, glossary, headings, illustrations, italics, labels, maps, parentheses, photos, subtitles, tables, timeline, titles, and Venn diagrams used in the reading passages or worksheets. The text features listed are not found in every resource. This is a comprehensive list.

✅Reading Passages

• Each set has four reading passages provided in two reading levels- an easier and a more challenging one. Each reading passage includes 3- 4 comprehension questions.
• In addition, a newspaper mock-up article page is included with 3 graphic organizers.
• All answer keys are provided. Specific skills and Common Core standards are listed on each table of contents page within the separate resources.

✅End of the Year Flip Book

The Flip Book matches the End of the Year Escape and STEM Challenge.

• The Flip Book features writing pages for remembering events of the school year.
• The templates in this product make one mini flipper book.
• The books are 8 x 5 inches in size when completed. They will fit in a composition notebook.
