Description

This unique unit connects fictional narrative with informational texts all about renewable energy! This unit connects the picture book, The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind by William Kamkwamba and Bryan Mealer to informational texts about wind energy and renewable energy. Any informational text (books, articles, magazines, Internet) about wind energy and wind

turbines can be used.

This NO PREP unit includes 1-2 weeks of RENEWABLE ENERGY themed reading, writing, and science!
