These First Week of School Lesson Plans have the intended goal of students thoroughly understanding, knowing, and abiding by routines and procedures, while a positive classroom culture is grown! These lesson plans are thoroughly thought out and scripted.

These are definitely not craftivity lessons that are typically done during the first week, but rather a template for rules, procedures, and building community the first day of school. Created to be modified and enhanced with crafts and other activities during the first week.

Perfect for grades 1-2 and can be modified for kindergarten, 4th and 5th.
