** UPDATED TO INCLUDE A DIGITAL VERSION **
**This can be easily used as a lab for students to do at home using their own cereal, candy, fruit, beads, etc. they can find. It doesn't have to be edible. Students can take pictures of their finished molecules to show you for extra credit or upload to social media and tag the class instagram (if you have one).
In this lab, students will be expected to interpret the molecular and structural formulas of water, carbon dioxide, glucose and oxygen and construct molecular models to illustrate the processes of photosynthesis and cellular respiration using candy. An answer key is included.
