What educators are saying

This was a great research project for my students, they definitely found it challenging to find a way to layout and organize their information in an engaging way. I was very impressed with their results.
Prefect and just what I needed for our science unit! I love giving my kiddos projects and they loved this one! Thanks!

Description

Students create an brochure to advertise the ecosystem of their choice. What it may be...the tundra, the rainforest, the desert...is up to the student (or you can choose for them)! I love this project each and every year! My students research and complete this entirely at school. These turn out to be an impressive piece of student work to hang up because the students write so much about their topic. Their illustrations catch the eye of people walking by, as well! This pack includes:

-Photos of my student examples, with explanations of certain parts of each that may help make this project easier for you the first time you use it in class.

-A project explanation sheet: this is great to send home to parents because they can see everything that needs to be included.

-A project rubric: this makes grading these super easy for you!

-A graphic organizer for the students to organize their research

-A rough draft page for the students to practice how they want their brochure to look before they do the "real" brochure!

Thanks! I know you will love this project!
