Description
Mat Man is a Hand Writing Without Tears strategy to help young students learn to draw a person. It also helps to teach body parts. HWWT uses a song to teach the body parts and wooden pieces to create Mat Man. I print mine on card stock, laminate them and add Velcro to attach them to a poster board. All you need to purchase is the CD Get Set for School: Sing Along CD by Cathy Fink and Marcy Marxer.
Number and Letter search worksheets are a great way to teach letter and number recognition. The worksheets follow the order HWWT introduces their letters. At the bottom of each worksheet is the letter or number to trace.
