Tired of the same old boring language arts review activities? Get your students excited about language arts! Digital escape rooms can be the perfect activity in your classroom to promote critical thinking, team-building, and content application!

This digital, no-prep, no-print, classroom escape room combines meaningful reading skills review with critical thinking AND FUN!  Students will solve a series of clues to find the codes to 5 different locks. Students must solve all 5 locks in order to save their friend who has wondered into a bear exhibit on a field trip to the zoo by accident. Detailed answer keys are included for each lock. 

This product covers multiple topics/skills including fact vs. opinion, main idea and supporting details, and inferencing.

This escape room is completely digital through Google Sites, meaning there is no prep on your part!  Students can scan a QR code or follow a shortened URL to get to the form. You could also share the link via Google Classroom if you wanted! 

This product includes:

  • Google Site that includes:
    • 1 clue focusing on fact vs. opinion
    • 2 clues focusing on main idea & supporting details
    • 2 clues focusing on making inferences
  • Embedded Google Form to act as digital locks (3 digit lock, directional lock, color lock, 4 digit lock, & word lock)
  • 2 different options for accessing the Google Site:
    • QR code
    • Shortened URL
  • Detailed teacher directions and tips
  • Answer key for each of the 5 locks
  • Example of Google Form (digital locks) correctly filled out

*Before purchasing this product, please be sure that your school district does not have google blocked from sources outside your district. This escape room is completed through using Google Sites and an embedded Google Form.
