Dental Health: Tooth Fairy Craft

This is a set of multicultural boy and girl tooth fairy crafts! Decorate your bulletin board with these adorable creatures for Dental Health month or send them home with your students as a reminder of a proper dental hygiene! My students absolutely LOVE these crafts and I am sure yours will too!

This resource includes two patterns: a boy tooth fairy and a girl tooth fairy. Each pattern comes with 2 different hair options to make multicultural tooth fairies.

• Printable pages for writing.

You have several options for the teeth that the tooth fairies hold :

• blank teeth

• teeth with an original poem (I’m a little Tooth Fairy…)

• teeth with a list of “Tooth Fairy’s Tips for Healthy Teeth”

• teeth that are lined and titled “Healthy Teeth” for students to write their own lists.

The completed crafts measure about 18” (45 cm) in height.
