Defense attorneys strengthened their case by asking for evidence shown in the TV show that they were not furnished by the prosecution in their case. My students just loved this real-life twist!
This resource includes 50 Video Questions to answer while watching the 45 minute episode "Blood on the Tracks" (Season 01 Episode 07) available on Youtube or on DVD. It also includes an article about the case and how the defense learned about new evidence from watching the case on TV!
This is perfect for a longer block (my students used a 90 minute block to complete it) or for a SUB plan!
