Description

Looking for a terrific creative writing activity that teaches anchor standards for language, too? This is it! Students will practice punctuation and capitalization while they engage in super fun writing activities. They'll create the fantasyland of their dreams in a small group activity. They'll even make a map of it! Then, they'll compare and contrast their fantasyland with where they live in a Venn diagram. They'll write a postcard from their fantasyland and even decorate the front of it. Of course they'll write their addresses correctly to practice that standard, too!

You'll be shocked at how something so fun can be so low-prep! for how engaging and interactive they are. Simply print, cut, and go! ou'll get teacher instructions, classroom procedures, and a rubric.
