A great activity to go over foreign and domestic policies of our presidents since WWII. I gave my students the option to do them with partners or alone. The website paired with the activity worked great and gave all the needed info for students. Could be used digitally as well or with a sub.

This fantastic lesson plan on comparing Presidential Policies is perfect for a lesson on the Executive Branch or for modern US History!

The download features a full lesson plan in which students compare various aspects of presidential policies and agendas for every president since World War 2! Your students will look to compare foreign and domestic policies along with significant social events of the era.

There are links to online sources to learn about each president's foreign and domestic policies as well as video links to extend the lesson.

The chart covers 4 pages in a student notebook so they can go in greater depth about each category for all 14 presidents. A completed answer key/teacher's guide is included for your convenience.

After completing the chart, students move on to an analysis worksheet on which they describe successes and failures as well as ranking the presidents on their accomplishments. A guide for this is included as well!

This also includes a full Google Docs version of the lesson so it can be completed online or in a paperless class!
