Community Service Plan

This form guides students through the necessary steps to participating in a volunteer activity sponsored by a local or national organization. The form prompts students to reflect on the issues that are important to them, to research non-profit organizations that deal with those issues, and to contact organizations that specialize in the issues they care about. This form was designed for the national Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service but can be adapted into any service learning project or used by itself to teach networking and communication skills.
