4 Mexican Food activities for learning about authentic foods in Spanish class. Great way to introduce Mexican foods and get students talking about likes & dislikes! Fun worksheets and game for Cinco de Mayo, end of year activities for the last days of Spanish class.

Most kids can talk about tacos, burritos, and quesadillas...but do they know about tomatillos, chiles poblanos, and totopos?

This has always been one of my favorite units! Complete with sampling Mexican food brought in by students. Use during Hispanic Heritage Month, on days with unexpected schedule changes, or Fun Fridays.
