Beginning German Lesson Plans - Time Management for German Language Students

Ideal for Back to School or very early in the year, (Sub OK), these German Lesson Plans - Time Management for German Language Students are designed for very early / beginning German students.

This lesson is completely in English so beginning language students can complete it. In beginning German, many students "give up" because they realize it does take practice, after school, to advance in their language studies. Likewise, as students get older, they may have to balance language practice with jobs, college applications, and graduation-required extracurriculars. The purpose of this lesson is to reduce the "give up" and improve time management so students become long-term German students and German language users.

This activity includes a sample lesson, has students document their time usage and create a graph, and has an optional writing prompt on present and future time management / goal setting.
