90+ posters of Asian Americans from the past to present are represented in this product. The people represented in this product are Americans of Asian descent. That includes diverse populations of people who have ancestral origins in East Asia, South Asia, or Southeast Asia (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Filipino, Laotian, Cambodian, etc.)

On every poster is the person's name (and sometimes birth name), years lived, picture, and a mini biography.

I made these posters for my students to see how many Asian Americans have made a difference in our country and world. I have chosen people from all kinds of fields - education, government, the arts, sports, science, activists, etc. I included many of the famous, well-known Asian Americans who contributed to American history, but I've also included contemporary Asian Americans (like Awkwafina and Mindy Kaling) that are relevant to us now.

I use these posters to hang in my classroom or in the school hallway. Another idea is to have your students chose a person to study and used these posters as their cover page or to hang above their report about the person.
