What educators are saying

My students loved this Reader's Theatre and had a lot of fun preparing it as a presentation for their reading buddies at Easter.

Description

This reader's theater is for a small group of three students. It was written for Easter. In the script, there are only a few days left until Easter but two reporters have been granted an interview. However, as they talk with the Easter Bunny, it becomes clear that all he thinks about is eggs and all he can say begins with EGGS. I write these scripts for small groups to help with fluency. When the group is small, they don't waste time sitting around waiting for their turn and get more time actually practicing. Reader's Theater actually encourages students who are reluctant to read. It is a fun way to get people to practice. You will also notice most of my scripts, including the picture are in black and white. This makes it easier to print and photocopy without too much ink. My name is Melanie Whitesides but my store name is Wonbyone and I hope that your students enjoy this script as much as mine did. Let me know how things go!
