Description
This is a pair-pack of our popular projects for the American Revolution and French Revolution. These resources each have a project-based 3-day Common Core lesson plan that covers the key events on the road to the revolution. The end result is a fun simulation in which groups of students create a fun, researched poster that displays the information in protest-like fashion. We've made it very thorough so that you and your students get the most out of it. Students will: Participate in lessons with Warm Ups/Exit Tickets, use fun printable cards that the teacher assigns groups with, use a graphic organizer for research, analyze primary source material, and create an informative protest poster that can be used for a group presentation (criteria and rubric included).
Just print and teach. Materials you will need are blank poster papers.
Each product includes:
- Daily lesson plans
- Warm Ups
- Exit Tickets
- Graphic Organizer for research
- Fun printable "grievance cards" for groups to read
- Primary source handouts
- Criteria handout for the creation of the poster
- Rubric to score the poster and the group presentation
