Algebra 1 - Performance Task - Trading Vehicles - Common Core

This activity requires students to research the cost and gas efficiency of two vehicles. Then the students must use algebra to decide if the owner should trade in a gas guzzler for a hybrid.

This should take 1.5 days - Key is included.

The goal is to prepare students for the type of questions found on common core standardized assessments like the PARCC/Smart Balanced/AIR/STAAR
