Description
Breathe new life into your existing Social Studies program with this bundle of contemporary unit plans, created specifically for Alberta teachers! Cover all of the 2.1 Knowledge and Understanding outcomes for second grade (Canada's Dynamic Communities: Iqaluit, Meteghan, Saskatoon) with these units. That's two terms' worth of lesson plans and activities!
Save 20% when you purchase the BUNDLE!
These units now include Google Slides™ versions for online learning - please download the latest product files for access. You will receive both print and digital versions when you purchase these units.
BUNDLE BONUS
Do you prefer to teach the three communities separately? If so, I have created a special bonus file for you. Now, you can open one convenient document to print the worksheet pages from all three units. Please keep in mind that these units were designed to be taught by TOPIC (i.e. Geography), not COMMUNITY (i.e. Iqaluit). Many pages and activities reflect this; therefore, I strongly encourage you to follow the original unit format.
