This bundle of no prep high-quality guided doodle notes aligns with Georgia Seventh Grade Social Studies Standards Geographic Understanding Domain

SS7G1 Locate selected features of Africa. Climate and geographic regions of Africa include descriptions and map activities.

a. Locate on a world and regional political-physical map: Sahara, Sahel, savanna, tropical rain forest, Congo River, Niger River, Nile River, Lake Victoria, Great Rift Valley, Mt.

Kilimanjaro, Atlas Mountains, and Kalahari Desert.

b. Locate on a world and regional political-physical map the countries of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, and Sudan.

Each set of guided notes includes quality short readings, questions, graphic organizers, and activities. All sheets are doodle note style for students to add their own personal touch. Answer keys are included for the reviews in each section. These sets can be used for individual reading, partner/small group learning, homework or skills reinforcement, or as reviews prior to assessments.
