Advanced PE Design a FITTness Routine - FITT Principle, IB Criterion B & C

Description
Students are prompted to create a Fitness Routine of their choice that addresses the FITT principle, as well as aligns with the IB Criterion B (planning for performance) and Criterion C (once the plan is carried out).
The student:
- constructs and outlines a plan for improving health and/or physical activity and describes the effectiveness of a plan based on the outcome.
- The student also creates a video to align with Criterion C (applying and performing)
A full student example of a written routine is included, as well as a student example of the written self assessment {both are Criterion B}. I have also included a rubric for the iMovie for Criterion C.
This is the more advanced version of my Design a Fitness Program Series. I use this version with more advanced MYP Year 2 and 3 students.
