ANT Buddies Activity Kit

Our thoughts are mighty and powerful. While we may not be able to keep negative thoughts from creeping up, we can take control once we have noticed them. The A.N.T. Buddies were created with the hope to creatively and playfully teach students about cognitive distortions in a way that feels fun and non-threatening. While this resource was written with a small group in mind, it can easily be used for individual students as well!

The Automatic Negative Thoughts video and activity packet are intended to be used as an “advanced” companion to the basic CBT Triangle.
