In this time of intensive remote learning, give yourself and your students a quiet 5-minute guided reprieve from staring at the computer by taking a mindfulness meditation break. Without leaving your chair, this meditation will invite you to make an inner shift from a narrow focus on the screen, to a wide open focus – where your brain - and eyes - can rest and refresh.
