Description

***BEST SELLER!****

This product is a detailed lesson plan to teach third or fourth grade students how to write a cinquain poem. This style of poetry is simple and fun for kids to create. I used the lesson plan with my fourth graders and they had a wonderful time writing their cinquains. They illustrated their final drafts and I laminated them and put them together as a class poetry book. I set it out in our classroom library and the students loved reading each other's work.
This lesson is great for a poetry workshop!
