This was a very fun way to reinforce learning of the Bohr Atomic representation model for my students. I initially started using it for those students who finished their assignments early, but it turned into a relaxing activity for everyone.

This 3D atom model activity is an engaging way to teach atomic structure. Students will learn how to collect element data and use the information to design a 3D atom model. Each 3D model consists of four Bohr models glued together. Students can complete the models independently, or you can save paper by allowing students to work in groups of four.
